Bus - How To Catch

This is the recommended method of getting to Niseko from the airport. The bus leaves directly from the airport and drops you in the middle of Niseko Grand Hirafu village (Hirafu Welcome Centre) where you can call us to come and pick you up. 

Buses must be pre-booked more than 9 days before your stay to ensure a spot on the bus and lodge transfer on arrival.

HOW TO CATCH THE BUS

Catching the bus to the lodge from New Chitose airport is easy. Just follow the below guides and you’ll be sitting by the fire in the lodge in no time

CATCHING THE BUS AT NEW CHITOSE AIRPORT

1 – COLLECT LUGGAGE AND GO TO ‘BUS TOUR DESKS’ 15 MINUTES BEFORE BUS DEPARTURE

2 – GIVE NAME TO COUNTER STAFF AND DOUBLE CHECK DESTINATION IS HIRAFU WELCOME CENTRE

3 – FOLLOW STAFF DIRECTIONS AND CATCH BUS TO HIRAFU WELCOME CENTRE

ARRIVING AT NISEKO (HIRAFU WELCOME CENTRE)

1 – ARRIVE AT WELCOME CENTER

2 – CALL LODGE FROM THE HIRAFU WELCOME CENTRE FOR VAN PICKUP

  • Making the phone call
    • Option 1 – Call using the free wi-fi at the welcome centre via Skype, Viber, etc 
    • Option 2 – There is a payphone out the front (requires ¥100 coin to make calls)

  • Please note depending on traffic it can take between 5-15 minutes from phone call to van arrival

If your flight details are recorded correctly with Resort Liner, they will be aware of any delays to your flight. Resort Liner attempts to hold the bus for slight flight delays. Please head directly to the bus counter as soon as you land.
