Bus - How To Book

Bus is the recommended method of getting to the lodge from Sapporo (New Chitose Airport). The bus leaves directly from the airport and drops you in the middle of  Hirafu Village (Hirafu Welcome Centre) where you can call us to come and pick you up.

OPTION 1 – BOOK YOUR BUS DIRECTLY WITH US

With this option you do NOT need to book Lodge Transfers in Option 2. We will have your bus details via your bus booking and will schedule your Hirafu Welcome Centre pick-up or drop-off.

Go to our Transfers Booking Page and book your Resort Liner Bus between New Chitose Airport and Hirafu Welcome Centre. This is only an option if it is more than 9 days before your stay.

What if I am within 9 days of my booking and haven’t booked a bus from New Chitose Airport to Hirafu Welcome Centre? – Please follow the instructions at https://ramatniseko.com/your-arrival-plans/

OPTION 2 – BOOK BUS EXTERNALLY + Email us your bus details

You only need to EMAIL US YOUR BUS DETAILS if you do not book a bus via Option 1 above. That means follow Option 2 if you have not booked with Resort Liner via our Transfers Booking Page.

  • Step 1 – Book your ARRIVAL and DEPARTING buses between New Chitose Airport and Hirafu Welcome Centre externally (see bus booking information here)
  • Step 2 – Email the below details to info@ramatniseko.com
    • Bus Date
    • Bus Number
    • Bus Time (time “Arriving To” or “Leaving From” the  Hirafu Welcome Centre)

We use PayPal as our payment processor. Follow the prompts via our Transfers Booking Page and you will be redirected to PayPal.

Please email a screenshot and some information regarding your issue to info@ramatniseko.com.

If your flight details are recorded correctly with Resort Liner, they will be aware of any delays to your flight. Resort Liner attempts to hold the bus for slight flight delays. Please head directly to the bus counter as soon as you land.

If you know you will miss the bus because your flight is cancelled/missed/significantly delayed, you need to contact Resort Liner via phone on +81 11 200 0506 (local call 011 200 0506) to reschedule your bus.
