Bus - How To Book

This is the recommended method of getting to Niseko from the airport. The bus leaves directly from the airport and drops you in the middle of Niseko Grand Hirafu village (Hirafu Welcome Centre) where you can call us to come and pick you up.
Buses must be pre-booked more than 9 days before your stay to ensure a spot on the bus and a lodge transfer on arrival. Please see below for instructions on how to book.
There are two options to book Bus & Lodge Transfers between New Chitose Airport and Ramat Niseko.
Option 1 – Book Your Chitose to Niseko Bus Directly With Us
With this option you do NOT need to book Lodge Transfers in Option 2. We will have your bus details via your bus booking and will schedule your Hirafu Welcome Centre pick-up or drop-off.
Go to our Transfers Booking Page and book your Hokkaido Resort Liner Bus. This is only an option if it is more than 9 days before your stay.
What if I am within 9 days of my booking and haven’t booked a bus from New Chitose Airport to Hirafu Welcome Centre? – Please email 1) Number of bus tickets required and 2) Flight Details (flight num, date, arrival time) to info@ramatniseko.com and we will attempt to book on your behalf.
Option 2 – Book Bus Externally + Book FREE Lodge Transfers With Us
You only need to book FREE Lodge Transfers if you do not book a bus via Option 1 above. That means follow Option 2 if you have not booked with Resort Liner via our Transfers Booking Page.
Step 1) Book your bus from New Chitose Airport to Hirafu Welcome Centre externally
Step 2) Go to our Transfers Booking Page and book your Ramat Lodge Transfers
