Up-to-date information on the Niseko resort, Ramat and Snowgum Lodges as well as other ski areas around the world.
Konichiwa,
Welcome to the Ramat Niseko BLOG. My name is Shaun “POW” Yamamoto, Ramat Niseko’s new HR administrator and social media geek :P. With our first post I wanted to take some time to introduce myself and explain what I’ll be doing here on the blog and also on other social media site such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+ . Add me on Facebook Shaun POW Yamamoto.
My background story: I was born in Tokyo, Japan where I lived with my mother (Australian) and father (Japanese) before we all relocated to Australia 10 years ago when I was 15. I have a duel degree in HR and International Relations and love to travel and experience different cultures. I have been to many places including backpacking South America and South East Asia as well as snow trips to Canada, EU, New Zealand and of course Australia. I’m also planning on hitting the slopes in Chile and Argentina in the near future.
Snowboarding is my passion. Since a young age I have been boarding and any chance I get I’m out on the slopes!!! I have been to Niseko many times and it would have to be my favourite snow destination. With all of that POW where else would you want to be 🙂
My job is to keep you all updated about everything Niseko and snow related via this blog, Facebook, Twitter and Google+. You will find in-depth and factual snow posts, updates on what’s going on in Niseko and Hirafu, new information about Ramat Niseko, staff updates; including me and anything else relating to snow holidays that we think you should know.
Can’t wait to chat to you all about what’s coming up in Niseko and give out special deals for our Facebook, Twitter and Google+ fans!!!!
If you have any questions for me don’t hesitate to ask, I’m always around 🙂
Sayonara for now,
~ Shaun and the Ramat Niseko Team
