Looking for staff to join the team at Ramat Niseko, who operate two fantastic ski lodges in the East Village of Hirafu (Izumikyo). We’re located just a few minutes from the slopes at Grand Hirafu, the main and most vibrant area in Niseko.

Successful team members will have passion for hospitality, be detail-oriented, able to provide excellent customer service and must have their International Drivers Licence.
Previous experience working in a ski lodge/resort is a plus but not essential.
Our team works with a flexible schedule and we expect all team members to be able to do the same. This allows staff to take advantage of quite times and head to the mountain.
