Terms & Conditions

Prize Bookable Periods – Prize stays are subject to availability and cannot be redeemed during blackout periods, including New Year and Chinese New Year.
Eligibility – The competition is open to all guests who have stayed at Ramat Niseko. Participants must be 18 years or older.
Submission Deadline – All entries must be submitted by May 15, 2025, 11:59 PM JST to be considered.
Submissions – Must be made by the official Entry Form.
Permission to Use Content – By entering, participants grant Ramat Niseko full permission to use submitted videos, photos, and testimonials for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media, email, and advertising) without additional compensation.
Originality & Ownership – All submitted content must be original and owned by the participant. Entries that infringe on copyright or contain third-party materials without permission will be disqualified.
Entry Limits – One entry per person. Entries must be complete and follow all instructions to be eligible.
Announcement of Winners – Winners will be announced via Ramat Niseko’s website and social media platforms shortly after the competition closes. Winners will also be contacted directly via the email provided in the entry form.
Right to Cancel or Modify – Ramat Niseko reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
