2026-27 EARLY BIRD RATES

For Early Bird bookings staying between 1 December 2026 and 15 March 2027, we offer a Stay Later Credit to provide flexibility if your plans change.
- Stay Later Credit – Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel your booking, the amount paid will be issued as a credit that can be applied toward a future stay, provided the new stay checks out before 15 March 2031.
- For clarity, cash refunds are not available under the Early Bird offer.

- 100% payment is due at the time of booking

Changes to Your Booking
- Up to 30 days before arrival, you may amend the dates, number of guests, or room type of your booking (subject to availability) with no alteration fee.
- Please note that rate differences may apply.
- Any amended booking must have a check-out date prior to 15 March 2031.
Cancellations
- Up to 30 days before arrival, you may cancel your booking and receive a Full Credit for the amount paid.
- This credit can be used toward a new booking with a check-out date prior to 15 March 2031.
Using Your Credit
- Rates and discounts applied will be those available at the time of the new booking (original rates are not carried over).
- If the new booking value is higher than the credit, the difference must be paid 30 days prior to the new check-in date.
- If the new booking value is lower than the credit, the remaining balance will be issued as a Credit Voucher, which can be used for in-house services or another accommodation booking.
Future Season Bookings
- Date changes for future seasons are subject to availability, and bookings will only be confirmed once seasonal rates have been released.
Within 30 Days of Arrival
- Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in the full payment being forfeited.
