Bus - Booking Specific Instructions
Directions to Book Your Hokkaido Resort Liner Bus
- Go to our Transfers Booking Page
- Add Bus Bookings To Cart
- Choose Hokkaido Resort Liner – Winter Service – Chitose to Niseko
- Select the correct bus and add to cart (make sure you read the info regarding bus & flight timing)
- Enter Details and Select Quantity of Tickets, you will need flight details for this step (Destination = Hirafu Welcome Centre)
- Complete steps above again for your departing bus Niseko to Chitose (Depart From = Hirafu Welcome Centre)
- Hit Next and enter Your Personal Details
- Review booking and click the Book Now button at the bottom of the page
- Click the Pay Now at the bottom of the page and complete payment via PayPal (please note the booking is not confirmed until it is paid in full)
- Check your email for a confirmation

Directions to Book Your Lodge Transfer
- Go to our Transfers Booking Page
- Add Lodge Transfer To Cart
- Choose Ramat Lodge Transfers – Arrival Transfer (to Lodge) – From Bus (Hirafu Welcome Centre)
- Add item to your cart
- Enter Details and Select Quantity of Tickets (you will need your Ramat Booking Number and Bus Number for this step)
- Complete steps above again for your Departure Transfer (from Lodge) – To Bus (Hirafu Welcome Centre)
- Hit Next and Enter Your Personal Details
- Review booking and click the Book Now button at the bottom of the page

What if I am within 9 days of my booking?
- Please email 1) Number of Tickets 2) Flight Details (flight num, date, arrival time) to info@ramatniseko.com for more information).

What if my flight time doesn’t align with the bus timetable?
- There are two options 1) Catch a Train (see Train – How To Catch) or 2) Book a Private Transfer (email us at info@ramatniseko.com for more information).

How do I pay?
- We use PayPal as our payment processor. Follow the prompts via our Transfers Booking Page and you will be redirected to PayPal.
