2021-22 Booking & Cancellation Policies

For any Early Bird booking staying between 1 December 2021 and 10 April 2022:

• Best Price Guarantee
  • If we offer a lower room rate in the future for your booked dates, your booking will be reduced to the lower rate automatically.
  • Our Best Price Guarantee means you are assured the best possible price.
• Fully Flexible Cancellation
  • If you change your booking you can use your payment as a credit towards a new booking, with check out prior to 10 April 2026.
  • Further information on our Fully Flexible Cancellation policy can be found below.
• Payment Terms
  • 100% payment due at time of booking.

Early Bird Fully Flexible Cancellation Terms

• Up to 24 hours before your stay you can amend the dates, number of guests and room type of your booking, subject to availability, with no alteration fee (NB: rate differences apply, see below). The new booking must have a check-out date prior to 10 April 2026.
• Up to 24 hours before your stay, you can cancel your booking and be issued a Full Credit to be used on a new booking with a check-out date prior to 10 April 2026.
• Rates and discounts are related to room rates at time of making new booking (NOT carried over from the original booking).
• If the value of the new booking is greater than the Full Credit value; the difference in value is due 30 days prior to the new check-in date.
• If the value of the new booking is lower than the Full Credit value; a Credit Voucher for the difference will be provided which can be used towards in-house services. This Credit Voucher is non-refundable, not transferable to another booking and will expire on check-out.
• Date changes are subject to availability and bookings for future seasons will not be confirmed until Rates are released.
• Best Price Guarantee applies to initial bookings only. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to amended bookings or bookings using a Full Credit.
• Any date change or cancellation requests within 24 hours of your stay will result in full payment being forfeited.

For any Flexible Booking booking staying between 1 December 2021 and 10 April 2022:

• Flexible Cancellation
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
  • Further information on our Flexible Cancellation policy can be found below.
• Payment Terms
  • No deposit required.
  • 100% payment due 7 days prior to check-in.

Flexible Cancellation Terms

• 7 days or more before your stay you can cancel your booking with 0% of the booking being chargeable.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before your stay 100% of the booking price is chargeable.
• The balance of your stay is required no later than 7 days before your stay. If the Payment is not received more than 7 days before the stay, the Holiday Package will no longer be held.

For any Non-Refundable Booking booking staying between 1 December 2021 and 10 April 2022:

• Non-Refundable Cancellation
  • If you cancel or change your booking at any time after booking there will be no refund.
• Payment Terms
  • 100% payment due at time of booking.
